I cannot download the CSV files from filtered reports for registrants. I use this for monthly accounting and also to generate the start lists for my events. I’m getting error message 502. It says your technical team are on it but this has been happening for the last 7 days! Can you let me know when it will be fixed as this is directly impacting my events and I have one this weekend!
A 502 error is a server side error, it’s not from Event Espresso but your server. We don’t have any error messages that state our technicians are on the case so I’m guessing that’s from whatever you host has set on the error page.
If you check the server error logs around the same time you trigger the above can you see any errors logged?
How large is the event you have on the weekend? We have another export mode in Event Espresso that may get you the report for the weekend but if it’s a large event that too may not work.
To try that you can add define( 'EE_USE_OLD_CSV_REPORT_CLASS', true ); to your sites wp-config.php file then run another export.
