Can't Create Event

I’ve followed the instructions but in my Admin window of the website, there is no Event Espresso tab to click on. We have installed the plugin but I cannot see it so that I can create my event. Has anyone had this problem?

Hi there,

Your account may not have been updated with the EE capabilities, are you logged into the site as an Administrator?

If you go to {domain}/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_maintenance_settings&action=data_reset

Do you see a ‘Reset Event Espresso Capabilities’ button? If so, click that.

Does EE now show in the menu?
