I upgraded to 3.1.30.1P yesterday. Today I am trying to create a new event and twice now I’ve had errors after trying to create it. These are the errors: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/hbfcass1/hbf_2012_04/wp-content/plugins/espresso-recurring/functions/re_functions.php on line 239 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/hbfcass1/hbf_2012_04/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/event-managmentment/insert_event.php on line 550 In addition to these errors, the dates for the recurring events are not calculating correctly. My event was supposed to run weekly for 8 weeks but it drops the final week event and shows only 7 events unless I extend the ending day. Any Ideas on how to fix this? |
Hi Randy, We have found a bug in the Recurring Events Manager add-on and our developers are actively working to resolve it. We will push out an update as soon as possible. |
|
|
Can they also fix the bug when dates run over the Daylight Saving Time that was reported a long time ago. |
Hi Peter, Thanks for the recommendation. At this time we are working on releasing a hotfix (in the next few minutes) for the bug you mentioned. The fix for the Daylight savings issue will be for another update. I’m not sure of the ETA on that. |

Hotfix (3.1.30.2) is up. |
|
Peter can you please refresh my memory about the DST bug? |

Seth here is the old forum link https://eventespresso.com/forums/2012/01/error-in-setting-start-and-registration-end-dates/ |
I’ve created a ticket. We will take a look at it but I can’t say what version it will be added to. |

Thanks Chris! |

Hello, I have upgraded the plugin today to 3.1.30.5P but I am still having a problem with the recurring events not being created correctly. The invalid argument errors I initially was having have been resolved but the date calculations are not working right. I created a 8 week event today with start date 2/12/2013 and end date 4/2/2013 but the recurring events created end on 3/26/2013. The only way I can get it to correctly calcuate the end date of 4/2/2013 is to extend the event by at least one day. Any idea about why this maybe occuring? |

Hi Randy, Whilst I can’t answer your question about why it is occurring, I see exactly what you are referring to here. I will get one of the developers to look into it, as logically if the last registration date and last end event date is the 4th April then that date should have an event created for it as well. |
