I have moved my website to a different hosting provider and have in the process updated the theme. Since I brought the new site online, I have not been able to complete transactions.

I am wondering if I am having an issue with conflicting version of jquery

You can see everything that gets loaded here:
http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/bBWs5D/https://desertcommunityrobotics.com/registration-checkout/

Can you confirm that this is my issue and what I might be able to do about it?

Thanks

Diane

If I look at the log for the transaction I see info for the aim request being sent
AIM Request sent:

but no response from AIM

The transaction details only show that payment is not complete

I tried getting a new Transaction key and have verified there are no spaces in either the key or the login id

Hi Diane,

According to this page (https://urivalet.com/?http://desertcommunityrobotics.com#Report), the site is on nginx which may have some caching options enabled.

Could you reach out to your web host about setting up no-cache rules for your Event Espresso pages?

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/

Also, I found a test event and sent through a registration under the name usertest which can be cancelled.

It is running nginx. nginx itself has not been configured to cache and I have temporarily disabled opcache. I am also running wp-rocket cache but have the required EE pages excluded from caching. To make sure, I also deactivated wp-rocket cache.

Is it an issue that these two get loaded on the checkout page?
Could it be a jquery conflict as mentioned in several other posts?

Hi Diane,

We were able to log into your site from the credentials you sent. The reason you’re not able to complete AIM transactions is quite likely because cURL is disabled on the server. The payment methods require cURL. Can you contact your host and request that they enable cURL for PHP?
