Cannto respond to support ticket

I have logged into my account about 5 times now to answer a support ticket with Tony.

Even though I can access my account, see my licence and so on when I try to answer a support ticket your site says I must be logged in to answer!! With a link to sign in, but when I do I still can’t answser!!

Please advise
