Cannot View Mailchimp Settings After Plugin Install

I am using EE 3.1.20 and I tried installing the MailChimp integration plugin settings. After activating it in the Plugins menu, it appears as a list on the dropdown menu under EE, but there are no settings available to change. The page is blank! I tried reactivating the plugin, reactivating EE, and reinstalling the plugin from a clean download to no luck. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

You may need to install the latest versions of Event Espresso and the Mailchimp addon.
