Cannot upgrade the plugin

I keep getting a error message on WordPress saying:

You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license

I have a Business License, Expires: June 24, 2014

why is this happening? why I cannot get automatic upgrade?

Hi,

Thanks for posting this here. I have reset your licence key.

In your sites dashboard go to Event Espresso > General Settings. Scroll down to the licence section, cut the licence key out and save the option. Add the licence key back and resave. If the issue occurs again please advise.
