Hi Marco,

We are experiencing some issues as we move the licensing system into a system that will reduce the number of these issues long term.

I have rest your licence key. Please go tot general settings remove the key, save the settings, add the key again and resave.

I receive the same error message and am certain I need a reset. My existing key is entered into my general settings page and I have a business license.

@dean Yesterday had no problems after the site license key was reset. Today, the goofy message has showed up again.

Wendy,

We are very close to getting a fix for this. We can’t say enough of how we regret that this is occurring.

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

mrclarke,

We can manually update the Plugin Update Engine-client file if we can get FTP and WP admin credentials.

If this is possible, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

Hi there,

The new pue-client file worked as I was able to auto-update to the latest version of Event Espresso and the R&P basic add-on. While I was logged in, I noticed that the espresso-services hadn’t been updated to the latest, so I took care of that too.
