We have a ticket open to investigate this but it seems to be a limitation to DOMPDF which Event Espresso uses to generate the PDFs to download.
Whilst not ideal it is possible to use Chrome’s ‘Print to PDF’ feature to save tickets correctly. To do this within Chrome click the Print Ticket button, change the destination to ‘Save to PDF’ then click Save.
