Cannot set custom email message for Registration Approved HELP LIVE SITE!

We cannot even select the custom template we previously created for Approved.

Any idea how to get that back or what function/capability or something may have caused this?

Hi there,

Edit that global template, do you see an ‘Override all custom’ checkbox by the update button?

I’m guessing that’s checked? Uncheck it and save.
