I have installed Ticketing plugin but cannot see the “Ticket Templates” option as described in the page here – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ticketing-add-on/
Here is what I want to do with Event Espresso so any guidance you can provide will be helpful.
I run after-school workshops and want my staff to sign-in students who attend manually and sign students out when parents produce a unique QR code (by scanning using a mobile phone) at the end of the workshop that we will send them and capture this sign-in / out data. Essentially I want to track students’ attendance.

Hi there,
The documentation you are looking at is for EE3 but your site is running EE4.
The EE4 docs are here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-printable-tickets-add-on/
The ticket template for EE4 is within the messages system:
Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Ticket.

The ticket add-on should work fine for this, are you looking including the check-in checkout time in the CSV reports?
