Cannot remove transactions/freezes in processing

I have some testing transactions/registration I’m trying to remove. I went into transactions and hit the trash icon. A window popped up with “processing…” that sat there for about 10 minutes, until I refreshed the page. Went back in and the trash icon is now gone and there is a message “No payments have been applied to this transaction yet. Click “Apply Payment” below to make a payment.”. Tried applying a new payment, then deleting this new payment. Same thing. I’d really like to get these testing items out of the list. Any idea why they won’t go away?

Hi Elaine, it shouldn’t take 10 minutes. You should briefly see the spinning wheel and then it should update right away.

Are you running the latest version of Event Espresso 4?

Next, could you try briefly deactivating other plugins and re-testing?

If there is an error caused by another plugin, then that could interfere with the option that you are trying to use.
