I have a legit license key and it is installed on the site, yet I cannot edit event details. Please help!

Hello Jason,
Cab you advise exactly how you cannot edit. For instance can you not access the editor page at all, has the editor lost buttons, etc?
I would hazard a guess its a conflict with another plugin/theme, trying to add stuff to the editor. You can test this by deactivating the plugins / theme temporarily and activating them one by one whilst testing the event editor (refreshing the page)

The page lods fine, but I cannot place my cursor inside the text editor window. Also, there are no buttons visible in the editor (ie. bold, italics).

Nevermind. It’s working again. Strange as I haven’t changed anything.

Scratch that. Only the text editor is working. The visual view is not and I cna’t switch between tabs. I’ll try deactivating some plugins and see what happens.

OK Jason, yeah that sounds like a conflict. Please let me know how the plugin de-activation goes.
