Cannot install EE4 plugin

I just bought the personal License key after having used the decaf Version before. First I tried to enter the License key in the decaf Version but this did not give me Access to the templates (still only decaf feature set). Then I deleted the decaf Version and created the zip file. When uploading the zip file I get the message (in German)

How can I install EE4?

I repeated several times – and suddenly it works 🙂
(the only thing I changed has been the time Zone)

Hi there,

How exactly were you uploading the plugin to the site?

Via FTP or through Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> upload plugin?
