Cannot Find ReCaptcha Settings

All of the documentation I’ve read states that the recaptcha settings are found under General Settings. However, this is not the case for me. According to the documentation, there should be 6 categories under General Settings, one being recaptcha. Our General Settings only have 4 categories, and one of those is NOT recaptcha. Can someone please help, so that we can get the feature set up on our registration forms? Thank you.
