I have EE4 (4.4.4.p) running on WP 4.2 and when I attempt to do a CSV export of registration it hangs for a long time, and then redirects to a 404 page (probably due to a timeout). I transferred the site from a dreamhost shared account to our VPS, and still have the same results.
There is only 1 event, and only 150 registrations. It would occasionally hang during random event setting changes.
Server is running php 5.4.2, no caching plugins. No other plugins activated at all except for EE4. We integrate in html5 shiv and bxslider to our themes, but those don’t load on the admin side.
Please advise. Is this a persistent issue with EE4 on dreamhost? I’ve opened a support ticket with them as well.
That number of registrations seems fine. However, if there is a long list of custom questions, then this could take longer than expected since all of that information is queried from the database.
Have you tried raising the memory that is available to PHP?
I raised the memory and max memory and now I’m receiving this fatal error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/pmvpsadmin/wiredtotheheart.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Registry.core.php
You’ll need to edit the core plugin but you’ll be able to retrieve the data.
