I have version 3.1.30.7P with the following plug ins:
Event Espresso – Calendar by Seth Shoultes version 1.11,
Event Espresso – Recurring Events by Abel Sekepyan version 1.1.4,
Event Espresso – Social Media by Seth Shoultes version 1.1.4, .
I am not sure if this was recently upgraded or not, but i have had this program for about 1 year. Here are the reg pages

Hi,
Have you installed or activated any new plugins or a different theme recently?
I would start by doing a troubleshooting test of deactivating all plugins except Event Espresso, see if the plugin works (edit an event) and if it does, bring your plugins back online one at a time, testing the event editing each time.
Generally in this sort of situation there is a conflict between another plugin and ours.
