Cannot download update

Hi there,

I have a licence for event espresso and have installed it for nearly a year. I had a login for the old system and when i try to download the latest version. I am fairly sure that we have not been subscribed for over a year and after upgrading my wordpress system i now cannot update events without an error occuring. i need the latest version so that i can update. Can someone from the team please assist me in locating our account details.

To add some additioanl information. The url of our site is http://www.asiangolfevents.com and this site was not even setup until Nov 26 2011. Therefore the year updates must still be valid. Can someone please confirm this asap so I can get the updates and fix the issue in the site.
