Cannot create ticket

We are running the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of EventEspresso. We have created our event but are unable to create ticket types. Selecting Create Ticket simply refreshes the page. We are running this site on HostGator and this is not a HeartbeatAPI issue and we are stumped…

Thanks for getting a head start on troubleshooting!

Have you also tested with only Event Espresso running to rule out a conflict with another plugin that may be active?

I’ll add a note here to try it with the default WordPress theme too.

If you’ve been able to rule out theme and plugin conflicts, you can also try going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset, then click Reset Event Espresso Capabilities.
