Cancelled registrations show in Attendee List

I have many names appearing twice. I discovered they were “Pending” – often from over a month ago, so I “cancelled” them. They are still appearing in lists that are dospalyed using shortcode, as seen here:

Notably – “Brian Grube”, “Justin Phillip” and “James Hairfield” … there are others, just helping you locate some.

Why are they showing up and how do I resolve that?

Usually this can be resolved by adding a parameter to the attendee list shortcode. e.g.

[ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES status=RAP]

If that doesn’t resolve this then there may be something in your custom templates that’s overriding the status check.
