Cancellation invoice, credit note

if a customer has already paid the invoice, and cancel the registration, will event espresso generate a cancellation invoice and/or a credit note for the customer?

Hi Daniela,

No, the admin will need to cancel the registration and refund the payment.

EE currently does not generate credit notes.
