Hi there, the latest date I could find on this issue was 2013, so hoping there’s an update on it. We are using the user integration add-on and I need to know if we can set a time whereby attendees cannot cancel their registration anymore. We can’t have people cancelling their registrations 2 hours before an event for example.
How can we limit this to say 2 days or a set time frame before the event?
By default Event Espresso does not provide a way for users to cancel registrations on the front end, so can you let me know how users are cancelling the registrations currently?
That link does not set the registration status to cancelled so that registration will continue to apply to the event even if the user clicks that link.
What that link does is clear the user’s current session, any unsaved data will be lost but the completed registrations (or current registrations) will remain as normal. We do have a ticket to change the functionality of that link so that it does set the registration to cancelled but it currently does not.
