From what I’ve read I think I will need the WP User Integration, Multiple events, and calendar add-ons – can someone please confirm that the plug in and these add-ons will do all of the following before I purchase?

1 – Allow users to create an account where they have their own log in.
2 – Once logged in, users can sign up for events shown on the calendar. Users must be logged in to sign up, however anyone can see all of the events on the calendar.
3 – Users can sign up for more than one event at a time.
4 – Within each user’s individual account they have the ability to view the events they have signed up for and to cancel their RSVP to the event and once they have cancelled, they will automatically be refunded the cost. The refund will only be granted if they cancel outside of 24 hours of the event OR if someone on the wait list takes their place.
5 – Having a wait list for full events where if someone cancels the admins/site owners can notify someone on the wait list that a spot has opened.

Here are some additional features that I don’t see a solution for. Are there any add-ons that will cover these?

1 – Allow for time-slot sign ups for each event. The events are interview based, so while each event starts at (let’s say) 7pm, the time slots would be 7pm, 7:15pm, 7:30pm, etc. – users should be able to choose the time slot that they want when registering for the event.
2 – In each user’s individual account, they have a “bank” where they keep their balance. They can add funds to this “bank” and if the cancel an event, the refund is added back into this “bank. So basically, whenever they sign up for an event, they don’t need to charge their credit card every time – they can add $500 to their “bank” from their credit card, and then they can sign up for events based on that available balance. Users should also be able to check their available balance at any time.
3 – If there is a solution for #2 above, then we also need the ability to sell “bundles” or discount package. For example, spend $80, but get $100 add to your “bank”.

Hi,

1 – Allow users to create an account where they have their own log in.

Not by default, you would need to use a thirdparty membership system or the default WordPress system to create site users. We do have a script that will create a site user once the person registers for an event.

2 – Once logged in, users can sign up for events shown on the calendar. Users must be logged in to sign up, however anyone can see all of the events on the calendar.

Yes, with WP User Integration you can set events to member only. They will appear on the calendar but the details and registration form will be blocked until the person logs in.

3 – Users can sign up for more than one event at a time.

Multiple event Registration add on will be needed for this.

Yes and no. WP User integration allows the user to view their events in the Profile area (or the front end of the site via a shortcode) and to cancel events.

However Event Espresso does not handle refunds, you would need to resolve those via your payment gateway.

5 – Having a wait list for full events where if someone cancels the admins/site owners can notify someone on the wait list that a spot has opened.

The waitlist is manual so it is up to the admin to notify the user of an open spot.

Yes that is an available feature. We also have an experimental feature (currently doesn’t work with group bookings) where the time slots can be capacity limited.

We do not have a credit/token system in place. This would need to be custom developed – https://eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/

3 – If there is a solution for #2 above, then we also need the ability to sell “bundles” or discount package. For example, spend $80, but get $100 add to your “bank”.

As per above.

I hope that helps, but if you have any more questions or need clarification please just ask.
