Hi there,
You’ll see from my past support ticket that the association I’m assisting currently has an old Decaf version of Event Espresso loaded, which I understand you will be phasing out. However they are paying for Event Espresso 4 EVERYTHING licence.
Recently I tried to load the updated Event Espresso software to our WordPress site, but could not get it to work. Are you able to do this as a service for us? And if so, can you confirm the cost and timeframe?

You can purchase token for that.
But, May we know what you did already? Did you follow the instruction here in upgrading your site?

Just a note for any readers, the above users site is using Event Espresso 3, not Decaf.
Decaf is the current ‘lite’ version of EE4 and that version is not being phased out, EE3 is the ‘original’ version of Event Espresso which EE4+ has replaced. So EE3 is being phased out rather than EE4/Decaf.

Whilst we can install EE4 and work through any errors that occur during the install it’s important to note that we don’t provide customization services currently, so if the issues you had previously were caused by the theme doing something unexpected or custom code we would rewrite the theme/code to work with EE4.
And if so, can you confirm the cost and timeframe?
Install and set up we can do via a support token without knowing more about what issues you ran into previously it is hard to say if you would need more time.
When you say it didn’t work previously, what happened when you installed EE4?
