We would like to send a confirmation email to just the staff/speaker for the event with the registration url. is this possible?

Hi Brian,
In the individual events you can add a comma separated list of email address in the “Alternate Email Address (optional)” setting on the right.
This will email the standard registration email to whatever emails you add there.
There is no way to limit the amount of information.

I am posting this here because I can’t seem to start a new topic = takes me to an existing one – I am requesting that staff shortcodes be available to email. I noticed this was asked about on October 12 and was closed as ‘resolved’ yet there is no resolution other than ‘it will be brought up’.
This is a request to complete this very quick and easy addition that would be very valuable to anyone who uses the staff option.

Please note that Event Espresso 3.1 is in feature freeze, so any new features wil not be added until after Event Espresso 3.2 is released.
