The send batch message option cannot currently target only checked-in registrants.
However, when you export the Registrations CSV report from the event check-in page, then it will include a column for check-ins. You could then sort by that column. A person that did not attendee would have a 0 as their check-in value.
Hello, we create internal tickets for enhancements once we have received several requests and if the enhancement can benefit event organizers across different industries.
I’m not sure if there is an existing ticket for this so I’ll double-check with our team next week (today is a holiday).
