I really need to be able to have members cancel their RSVPs and their name removed immediately. This is likely the difference between me continuing to use EE or finding a new solution.
Is it possible to add customization so this can occur automatically? Nothing needs to be done with payments. If they cancel, no refunds need to be applied.
The majority of my events are free anyway since they pay a membership to get access to events.

Hi Amy,
Officially EE does not have a cancel registration feature for members/attendees and I remember this coming up in an older thread HERE.
Can you add a screenshot of how users are cancelling their registrations currently?

Which adds a icon on the ‘My Events’ section of the WP User Integration add-on that allows the user to change their status to cancelled.

If using the above, then it is likely possible to delete the registration from that function. We don’t have any examples of doing this so you’ll need so custom code from a developer, but it is possible.
