Something like this conference form that provides some options for people to choose: http://conferences.dce.ufl.edu/ABS/reg.aspx i.e. check box, drop down, text field, radio button… It is like an event registration + a contact form (such as gravity form). Can I buy this plugin to achieve that? Thanks!

Event Espresso can be used to sign up for multiple events in a single transaction (by using the Multi Event Registration add-on), but the built-in interface isn’t anything like the page you linked to.
I would suggest checking out the free test site and setting up a few events to see how these display. Then check out the showcase to see examples of some sites that use Event Espresso and have been customized to display the registrations in a different way. Note that these were customized by developers, but it shows an example of what can be done outside the box.
