Can PayPal Pro pass the Event Name or Ticket Description to PayPal?

Using EE 4.9.3.p with PayPal Pro as the payment method. The transaction summary in PayPal only shows the ticket name, and does not include the Event Name or Ticket Description. Is there a way to pass either of these to PayPal, short of modifying the Ticket Name for each ticket type for each event?

We’re working on adding some filters to the PayPal Pro gateway that will allow for changing it to send the Event name along with the ticket name.
