Hi All,  I just bought EE. Promises the world….. Can seem to be able to buy different tix types. EG 2 adult, 3 kids.

can buy 5 tickets of the same type. Trying lots of things. Any ideas?

Also, I am getting the usual ‘Add More Attendees?’ issue that a lot of people seem to get. Something to do with JS conflicts. Not sure how to solve that one.

Anyway, all of this from brand new software?

Ben,

Can you give us a link to your website so we can take a look from the front-end?

I was able to find your website.

I see you now offer multiple tickets: http://www.screencast.com/t/VZ7XRnyn

You can choose multiple tickets with the Add to Cart function with the Multiple Events Registration add-on, which it looks like you have setup: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRpCkp7CaJw&feature=youtube_gdata

For the mobile app, do you have the Ticketing Services files installed? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/

Thanks for the reply Garth,

How did you get the screen up that you show in the video?

Hitting add to cart, then haveing to hit show cart, then choose your numbers is a little long winnded. Is there any way to whow that screen immediatly?

Tickets – Installed and so is the Json files. I can connect ot the EE test service on android, but mine just sits there loading?

The Add to Cart link is only on the event listing page (by default), but we have a couple resources to adding that control to other places:
