Can not get promotional code to work

In the past we used the promotional codes and this worked fine. However, for our new upcoming event, in the shopping cart the discount is not subtracted from the amount due. Tried different combinations of settings, but filling in the code and requesting a recalculation does not change the amount. Any clue where to look? You can test it for yourself: buy a ticket at
http://www.sooner.nl/e-ticket-17-18-maart-2017/
this will take you to the shopping cart. Valid promotional codes are “mz17” (without the quotes), a global promotional code that should give a discount of 5 euro, or “mm2016”, a specific promotional code, also for 5 euro’s off, that has its checkbox checked in the event.

Hi there,

You can update to Event Espresso 3.1.31.10.p. There’s a fix in that version for the promotion code + MER cart issue that occurred in 3.1.31.9.p.
