I have read through many of the past posts regarding this issue. In the past when the reserved seats wouldn’t release, I would just increase the tickets count (I kept monitoring sales/seats). However NOW even increasing the number by doubling wont fix 2 of the tickets. With one ticket NONE have been sold yet showing sold out.

this is the event. Please HELP!

I created another event to create a temporary fix, so people can register. But I am at a lostt how this has happened and hoe to stop it from happening in the furture.

Hi there,

The problem is that all of your tickets are set to allow access to the ’10/11/2022′ datetime and that datetime is sold out, as one of the datetimes is sold out, that ticket shows as sold out.

Edit the event and look at the Event Tickets & Datetimes section.

This is basically what you have currently:

(Ignore the values I have set, they aren’t the issue here, its the overall setup causing it, so follow along and we’ll see if this fixes it)

If you click on the icon for Ticket 1, you’ll see it applies to EACH datetime in the event:

https://monosnap.com/file/2gXq7dObRO8PEWfk09KojkGs4uTTG3

Looking at your setup, it looks like what you want is for each ticket to only apply to the specific datetime it’s for.

So in my example ‘Ticket 1’ should only have ‘Datetime 1’ selected, ticket 2 -> datetime 2 and ticket 3 -> datetime 3.

Heres an example of how my ticket 1 datetimes now look: https://monosnap.com/file/mf1o4f7MMqwCK7pWKPe9ARdOhwvM1E

In yours:

Class for Oct 11 (2 people) should only select the ’10/11/2022′ datetime
Class for Nov 1st (2 people) should only select ’11/01/2022′
Class for Dec 13th (2 people) should only select ’12/13/2022′

Once you’ve done that, update the event and the other tickets should stop showing as sold out.

If that doesn’t help, add a screenshot of what you can see and I’ll walk you through it.
