Can not edit the date and time in a new event

When creating a new event I can enter the title and description but is not possible add or edit date and time. The group of fields is hidden and they can not be deployed.
I tried to disable all plugins but the problem continues.

Instalation details:
– Event Espresso – 4.7.12.decaf
– WordPress 4.4.2
– WP Layouts 1.4.4
– WP Types 1.8.11

Also tried in WordPress version 4.3.3, but the problem persists.

You might try the default WordPress theme. There may be a conflicting script added by the theme.
