Hi,
We are trying to use promotional code until the “Volume Discount”(https://eventespresso.com/topic/volume-discounts-cart/) is resolve but we have encountered this when adding new code.
Debug:
Array ( [coupon_code] => TAKE20 [coupon_code_price] => 20 [coupon_code_description] => 20% OFF GROUP BOOKINGS OF 10 PEOPLE OR MORE [use_percentage] => Y [apply_to_all] => 0 [wp_user] => 1 ) Number of vars: 6
Number of cols: 6
Its preventing us from adding new code. Already tried reactivating plugin but no luck.

Hi,
The error message is suggesting that the plugin is unable to save the information to the database correctly, which is unusual.
Have you modified the database or plugin at all?
Have you upgraded or downgraded versions recently?
What version of EE are you running? And if you have upgraded/downgraded recently, from what version?

Hi,
– I have not modified the core of the plugin as well as the database.
– As far as I can recall did not downgraded it but did an update once in the dev site.

Could you please backup your WordPress and update to the current version of Event Espresso 3 and try again?
