I have the Printable Tickets add on with EE 4. I have downloaded the mobile app and understand that I can scan the QR code on a paper ticket. If someone forgets their paper ticket but can pull up their ticket on their phone, can I scan the QR code shown on the screen of their phone? Thanks!

Hi there,
Yes, you can.
The only requirement is that there is good contrast between the black and white of the QR, so if the phone is in low power mode on the lowest screen brightness you may struggle, but the apps can and do scan fro a screen (I often do this during testing so I don’t constantly print out tickets)
