Is it possible it you Paypal Commerce for Paypal, Pay Later, & Venmo and then Stripe to process credit cards?
We do not want to use Paypal to process credit cards.

Yes, you can use PayPal Commerce https://eventespresso.com/wiki/paypal-commerce-checkout-payment-gateway/ and Stipe https://eventespresso.com/wiki/stripe-payment-gateway/ both if you want on the website.

Paypal commerce has Venmo and so with this add-on you can check this add-on too

Just a little note. When will Venmo appear?
Venmo will appear on mobile devices when an attendee has the Venmo mobile app installed and when merchant payments are enabled in the app. An attendee can enable merchant payments through the Venmo app –> Settings –> Connect Browsers and then connect the browser.
As Sam mention, Paypal commerce has the pay later but we don’t have control if it will show up or not, its all determined on PayPals side. UK and US supports it.
