Can I use Infusionsoft's Merchant Accounts Now?

I see this message:
“This section of the documentation is for members that are helping us test an updated version of Infusionsoft that supports payment processing. Once testing is complete, then this feature will be available through an update to members that have an active support license for the Infusionsoft add-on.”

And I’m wondering if it’s ready now to use Infusionsoft’s merchant accounts. I am hoping that this will allow me to configure it so it doesn’t keep creating orders in IS when the payment fails to process. This is a big problem for me that it creates orders for unpaid events in Infusionsoft… messes up my tagging and counts.

Hi Carrie,

I checked and the Infusionsoft payments feature is still being tested. If you’d like an advance copy of the version that includes the payments feature you can contact the sales team via the form on this page:

Now with regards to the tagging before a completed payment, that’s something that you can change by adding a little filter function to your website.

You can add the above to a functions plugin.
