I want to limit only one real person (with unique US identity card number for example) to purchase only one ticket. can I do this in EE? and what license I need to achieve this?
to clarify, I am not asking for one wordpress account to purchase only once, but I want to limit only one purchase by unique US identity card number. meaning, I need to input my US identity card number when I purchase the ticket, and the system will check if there is any same US identity card number did the purchase before. if so, purchase is not allowed.

Hi Kit,
Event Espresso does not have a feature that will let you check against a list of pre-approved registrants.
However, it does have an option to allow a single registration on a per-event basis.
