I need to have the function allowing the customers cancel their registration themself. is there any way to put a code in their email sent by approval?
is that possible that I can pay for this function?

It is possible to do if you are using the WP User Integration add-on if using the ‘My Events’ section:

You can add another ‘action’ to that section which will allow the user to cancel their registration.
