I have staff for my event that I want to register them and their families for an event and schedule sub activities but when they go to check out, I want them to charge a flat rate of $100 regardless of the tickets prices in their cart. I do not want another ticket visible.

Hi there,
Currently, we do not have any functionality to set up a promotion that will leave a flat rate of $100 to pay regardless of what is within the cart.
What you can do is register them onto the tickets they require within the admin, then apply a ‘payment’ to the transaction leaving the remaining value of $100. You could rename a payment method you don’t use, for example maybe the Bank payment method to ‘Staff Promtion’ or ‘Staff Discount’ so the payment shows up as a discount on the invoice etc.
Then trigger the payment reminder on the registration they can use to finalize and pay the $100.
If you want the staff member to select the tickets themselves they can do, and then either select an offlice payment method (for example Invoice) on the last step with the full amount and you again apply a payment within the transaction and trigger the payment reminder.
Would that work?
