Right now they come over like this: event-21
and I need them to have a sku that matches what’s in Quickbooks, something like:
ATV-O1D
Is there any way to change the SKU?
I have EE4 v 4.9.22

Hi there,
It turns out there is a way to change the SKU, there is a filter hook that a PHP developer can use along with the WordPress Plugin API to filter that SKU.
The filter hook is found in
/eea-infusionsoft/core/db_class_extensions/EEE_Infusionsoft_Ticket.class_extension.php
and the hook’s tag is
FHEE__EEE_Infusionsoft_Ticket__sync_to_infusionsoft__product_data.
If you have a PHP developer on your team, they should be able to follow the above and build a script to convert the SKU to something that matches with Quickbooks.
