We are a large Promotional modelling agency managing over 500 staff in Australia. We are looking for an application that will automatically push jobs out (via SMS or smartphone App) to our staff who can then reply with an acceptance of the job if they are available. We then would allocate jobs according to those acceptances.
Example communication;
Modelling job particulars
Sydney City
Thursday 2nd October
9am-1pm
$40 per hour.
If you are available reply YES63
We would then allocate work to available staff.
Can your application do this for us either like this or perhaps in a more effective way?

Hi Daniel,
The short answer would be that no, Event Espresso is unlikely to be a suitable product for you based on your current setup.
Event Espresso is an online registration system rather than a job notification system, so you would set up an event and people would register for that event.
With that in mind, if you changed how your process works, you could make a system where a job is posted as an event, models register their interest (availability) by signing up to the event. You then choose who gets the job.
Also there is no Push notifications available and our app doesn’t work in that way – it’s designed for checking registrants in to the event manually or via ticket scanning.
I would recommend taking a test drive of EE4 (http://demoee.org) for free and seeing for yourself how the plugin operates.
