I have a client that has the following requirement for their website:
Allow users to book private sessions from open blocks of time. Each coach will have his own blocks. He also wants to do the following: When person books a session, send email confirmation with instructions and e-waivers which can be given to all attendees.
Is this something that could be accomplished through Event Espresso? If so how would I accomplish this?
This would be for a new WordPress 4 website that currently is not built.

Hi Melinda,
Thank you for contacting us! We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.
I think that EE could work for you. You would need to create individual events for each block of time and coach. Then the customer could choose which event/block of time they wanted to use. You could set the limit for each event to 1 and when someone registers for one of the events/block, no one else will be able to register. Also, emails are sent out automatically upon registration. Those emails can be customized.
I recommend testing EE3 and EE4 before making a decision.
