Can event espresso be used for my site idea

I’d like to create a marketing umbrella site for very niche events run by small businesses. Can I do this with event espresso? Or would it not be allowed I.e would the small businesses need their own licence? The events would be at different locations run by different businesses – some would be reoccurring, some would be one off but the cost to attend would be minimal/free. So I’d have the professional website and associated marketing and they’d pay me to list their event. If it is allowed, what version would be best as I like the ticketing add on especially?

Should also say this is for the UK so event prices would need to be in £ not $

Hi Davina,

How are you today?

Event Espresso is designed more for single event managers and businesses, rather than building an entire network of sites. We’ve been asked this type of question many times and the deeper you get the more complex the technical difficulties become. You have to think about who receives payment, how do you distribute payments, or refunds or customer questions and complaints, how do you generate reports and restrict access. You could try to build something like that with Event Espresso 3 but it’s going to need help from a good developer to build a lot of workarounds.

Have you heard of Event Smart: https://eventespresso.com/2015/01/introducing-event-smart-event-espresso-hassle-free-cloud/
