Hi there

I have a Project that requires the booking of courses (any categories) at a number of physical locations. I understand your plugin would be suitable for that scenario.

But…

I need the courses to have multiple weekly/daily modules. EG

Course exmple name: NG
week 1 : NGC 1 – 1st Feb to the 3rd Feb
Week 2: NGC 2 – 8th Feb to the 10th Feb
Week 3: NGC Exam – 14th Feb

I do not need the individual modules to be bookable but I would need them to show on a calendar and be linked to each other – ie through 1 event.

Is this possible with your plugin?

Many thanks
James

Hi James,

How are you today?

Yes, Event Espresso can handle those types of events.

You would create a single event, with multiple datetimes within that event, like this – http://take.ms/efWLD

The calendar would show that like this – http://take.ms/kBrPG

Clicking on any of those would take you to the same single event details like this – http://take.ms/RCbhs

The user can register onto that single Course fee ticket and the registration will apply to all of those datetimes which allows you to set limits for the amount of tickets sold.

Note that is a obviosuly just a basic example with very litte details for the actual event, you can of course include much more.

You could sign up to Test Drive Event Espresso 4 and see how this works if you prefer, you’ll get full access to EE so you can create an event and see if it suits your needs.

If you have any further questions please let us know.
