This happened to me when using Legacy styles briefly.

Enable themeroller and choose a thethroller style within Event Espresso -> template settings. Do they now appear?

Hi Philip,

I assume you have got this fixed now as the calendar is showing the previous/next/etc buttons http://www.thecharlottechurch.org/events-calendar-2/

If there is still an issue with the calendar, please advise.

Hi Philip,

The default calendar Header Style setting does not include calendar next and previous year buttons, but you can add them to the settings.

You can change the Header style setting by going to Event Espresso>Calendar settings and look for the first setting under “Advanced Settings”. It’s labeled Header Style.

Something like this will add a previous year button to the far left side of the calendar header, and a next year button to the far right side of the calendar header:

left: ‘prevYear,prev, today’, center: ‘title’, right: ‘month,agendaWeek,agendaDay,next,nextYear’

The text has the wrong single quotation marks (sounds silly, but its true!)

Try this instead

left: 'prevYear,prev, today', center: 'title', right: 
'month,agendaWeek,agendaDay,next,nextYear'

Hi Philip,

The previous and next year buttons have their own unique CSS classes, so you can override the themeroller CSS and apply your own images. They are:

span.fc-button-prevYear

and

span.fc-button-nextYear
