Hi,
I made the same support query in the following thread:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/calendar-tooltip-hover-not-showing-event-title/#post-48796

I can’t reply to that because it is closed. But I am following up about it. The calendar tooltip says “description” instead of the event title. How do i fix this?

Hi,

The ticket was looked at by a developer. It has been confirmed that it is correct that the title is not in the tooltip. We have decided that it will not be added to the tooltip, as the title is already in the calendar cell.

Hi Dean,
Ok no worries that’s fine. However it is still rather confusing having the word “description” there as it poses no purpose. Is there anyway I can replace this or remove it?

Yes, with some CSS,

.ui-tooltip-title {display:none; }

Add that to the bottom of your themes style.css file or to a plugin such as the excellent My Custom CSS.
