Calendar stops looking like a calendar when an event is updated

Each time we go make an update to an event the calendar no longer looks like a calendar and shows up like a list. How do we get it to stay looking like a calendar?

Hi there,

That’s not expected.

Can you post an example so we can view this?

It’s at this url: https://mcwfc.us/event-calendar/. We just updated an event and now it is in list format. It was fine last week.

This is what I see on that page:

May I ask which event you are referring to?

The event is the one on September 29 “Capco Apprenticeship Information Session”. It looks correct now on my screen. I don’t understand why it’s doing this. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened.

Does it switch to listing the events in the same way it did with your other thread here?

https://eventespresso.com/topic/events-not-showing-up-on-mobile-phone/

There’s CSS on your site that forces the EE calendar to display in a list which we override in the above thread, sounds like you may be getting a cached version of the site/assets and not loading the additional CSS to fix what your theme is doing if it’s loading as above.

Yes, it looks like it does in the thread you referenced above. In fact it looks like that list again when I checked right now.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Again, it sounds like you are opening a cached version of the page, try clearing your sites cache and your browser cache.

I have Chrome, FireFox and IE all opening that page as it should.

If it’s loading like the previous thread then the custom CSS I gave you earlier isn’t loading on the browser, but it is for me on everything on test it with.
