Able to add events and visitors can register for events, but the calendar shortcode is not working.
I’ve changed the theme to one of the WordPress defaults, and that didn’t solve the problem.

There is a fake class called Handcuffing set for Christmas Day.
I tried to update the plugin, but I can’t locate my support license.

Found that the NextGen plugin was causing issue…but it had worked. For now, I disabled NextGen. Is there a fix for this?

Hi,
Is that version of EE correct? If so it is a very old version, well over 2 years old. We cannot guarantee that it will function with the latest version of WordPress, plugins, etc because it is so old.
Updating the plugin and addon plugins would give us a better idea if this is a bug or just an incompatibility due to age.

I can’t seem to update it because I can’t find my key. Is it stored in the DB somewhere?

Hi,
No it is stored on your account page here at eventespresso.com. You will need to login in to the account which has your valid or old licence (the account you are currently posting from seems to be a secondary account as no purchases have been made from it). If your licence has expired you will need to purchase a new licence.
