Hi

Using the calendar plugin, is it possible to display the availability of an event when mouse hovering over the event

Hi Jonathan,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Calendar -> Advanced settings.

You’ll find the option ‘Display Attendee Limits’ which can be enabled.

Note that doing so increases the queries required for EACH event shown on the calendar, if you have a lot of events you may find the request times out but it does depend on your server setup so you would need to test this to see if it worked.

Is there a way to show all categories except one?

I have a trader booking that is not open to the general public so dont want this displayed on the calendar

Hi there,

Yes, you can hide a single category’s events by using some CSS (display:none;).
